Next Wednesday, May 24, at 10.30am the Library will be celebrating National Simultaneous Storytime. They will be reading the Cow Tripped over the Moon and children are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite animal of bring a stuffed animal along.
The following day on Thursday, May 25 the Library will be enjoying storytime again but this time with a musical edge. The Aurelia Quartet from the Australian National Academy of Music will be holding a musical storytime, all are invited.
On Tuesday, June 6 head to the library to Meet the Mayor. Mayor Kristy McBain will be there for morning tea to meet the community.
Lastly, come join the new group meeting at the library, the Eden Library Book Chat. The group meets on the first Friday of each month at 10.30am – 12pm. It is free and is an opportunity for community members to get together over a cuppa and chat about what they are reading and hear from others about their current reads. Just bring a book.
