Pick up all these ingredients and more to share at your table at the autumn Nethercote Produce Market on Saturday, April 22, from 8am to 12 noon.
The ever-popular, fantastically priced community fruit and veg stall will be a glorious vista of autumn colours with finger limes, apples, pumpkins, spuds, garlic, nuts, kale, limes and silverbeet.
Get in early and also pick up your organic, farm fresh eggs from Bega Valley Eggs on the community stall.
River Cottage Australia guest baker, and local CWA legend Nelleke Gorton, is taking over the kitchen for the cooking demo at 11am.
Don’t miss this – Nelleke must rank as one of the Far South Coasts best bakers and her cooking classes are legendary.
Nethercote Residents will cook up a breakfast storm on the barbie, but remember to leave room for a scrumptious morning tea, coffee and cake served up by some of the happiest people in the Bega Valley.
Then sit back, relax and enjoy the sounds of the Paul Dion Jazz Trio.
