The day’s event was a four person ambrose event that attended an excellent field of 80 players.
The organisation is beyond doubt the Whale Festival is high on the agenda as being the greatest annual tourism attraction for this wonderful township.
Winners of this prestigious event was the powerful combination of Peter and Darren Gordon, Noel Hall and evergreen John Fletcher.
The team carded 11 under par off a rise handicap, resulting in a winning scoreline of 54 nett.
The runners-up team was a veteran affair comprising Mike Sheppard, Howard Hill, Jim Fitzgerald and Micha Ong.
As a team they amassed an excellent nett score of 54.12 off their 11.88 handicap.
The ball rundown was seconded at 58.50 nett.
This Saturday members and visitors will greet the starter playing an aggregate stableford off the blue tees.
The Eden Whale Festival is on November 3-5.
