VIEW CLUB

The Eden View club will be having morning tea at the Wharf café on Thursday, May 18 at 10.30am. Also our monthly meeting will be Monday, May 22, at the Eden Fisherman’s Club at 11.30am. See everyone there.

Eden CWA

The Eden branch of the CWA is meeting this Friday, May 12 at the CWA Room, Eden. Be there for a 10.20am start. Everyone welcome.

The Eden Cash Mob is on again this Saturday, May 13. Meet at the Twofold Arcade at 9.30am to hear where the group will be mobbing.

FRIENDS MEETING

Friends of the Eden Killer Whale Museum will meet at the Museum on Monday May 15 at 1pm. A Curatorial meeting will follow at 2pm.

SOCIAL TENNIS

Eden Tennis Club is running a Social Tennis Night every Tuesday from 6.30pm. All abilities are catered for and it is a pay as you come event of $5 or $10 for families per week.  Soft drinks, Zooper Doopers and tea and coffee will be available to purchase on the night. Spread the word and bring a friend!

Genealogy 

Bega Valley Genealogy Society’s annual seminar is on May 27. Sessions include interpreting DNA results, and property records.

Marine Forum

Marine Extremes: From the beach to the deep is the theme for this year’s Marine Science Forum at the Merimbula RSL Club on Saturday and Sunday June 3 and 4. The weekend features five scientists presenting their research and includes an outdoor excursion. See www.sapphirecoastdiscovery.com.au.
