The NSW Government allocated $20,000 for maintenance work on the bridge across Whelans Swamp including cleaning kerbs, repairing bridge joints and painting the bridge railings.
Work is designed to improve safety for motorists and reduce ongoing maintenance costs and will be carried out between 7am and 5pm for two days between Monday, November 28 and Friday December 2, weather permitting.
For the safety of workers and motorists, a single lane closure will be in place with traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h operating during work hours.
Roads and Maritime thanks motorists for their patience while work is carried out.
