Listed property player BlackWall is on the expansion path of its wholly owned WOTSO WorkSpace, with two new sites in Adelaide, and Brisbane's Fortitude Valley. The group also recently increased the gross assets in its real estate investment trust stablemate, the BlackWall Property Trust (BWR), by $38 million to $168 million. These transactions included the purchase of Telstra House, an eight-level office building in Dickson and also increasing BWR's ownership in the refurbished historic biscuit factory in North Strathfield, Sydney, known as the Bakehouse Quarter and 55 Pyrmont Bridge Road, formerly the Fox Sports building. BlackWall also plans to launch two new syndicates in the coming months.
