An Eden nursing home was evacuated early on Sunday morning after it flooded.
The 85 residents of Eden Community Aged Care were safely escorted from the building after it started to flood around 2am.
Bedridden patients were taken to hospital, while high-care residents were transferred to a nearby nursing home.
The remaining residents were assisted across the road to Eden Marine High School.
The flooding is believed to be a result of burst water pipes.
Fire & Rescue NSW, SES, NSW Ambulance and police are at the scene.
