Organisers congratulated the winners after a hotly contested final to cap off the spring night tennis competition.
The competition ran for about three months and organisers said they were delighted with the number of teams taking part, but always welcomed new players to get involved.
“We’ve had a good level of entries, but as always we're looking for new talent,” club spokesman Pat Neville said.
Kathy Baker and Judy Russell have taken over the leadership of the club and Neville said there was a family friendly positive nature around the club.
Neville particularly congratulated the A grade winners.
“They played very well to get past Neil Baker’s head,” he said with a laugh.
“But there really were some skills we haven’t seen before displayed on the court during the finals.”
Neville said it was a fantastic finish to the season and was already looking forward to the next competition.
The competition ran over two grades and plays as mixed doubles with teams of four taking part weekly.
Neville said across the two grades the club catered to players of any ability and welcomed new entrants.
The club also has a pool of reserves if any team member should be unavailable on a given night.
There will be a short break over the holiday period with the club’s next competition to return in February.
Entry details will be published in the Magnet when they are available.
