Enthusiastic bowlers living in Wonboyn wanted to flex their muscles against their Eden counterparts. So the scene was set for a ‘friendly’ afternoon contest on Eden’s greens last Saturday 7 November.

18 bowlers went head to head in three games of mixed triples. Eden was victorious by 8 shots. A barbecue followed and Ray Wilesmith from Wonboyn presented the trophy to Jan Pyke and Jan Key.
