The Emmys are fast-approaching - but as glamorous as the awards ceremony may be, the event brings with it its own host of strictly first world problems for the lucky few invited to grace the red carpet.
Pregnant actress Claire Danes has confessed her standards may have "dropped a little" in the pursuit for the perfect Emmy gown.
The star of hit series Homeland has been nominated in the Lead Actress category at the coveted film award ceremony, while the show itself is up for an Outstanding Drama Series gong.
Claire is expecting her first child with actor husband Hugh Dancy, and the mother-to-be has revealed finding a limelight-worthy maternity dress is proving challenging.
"It's just whatever fits seems really, very exciting," she laughed to Entertainment Tonight. "My standards maybe have dropped a little."
Claire's Homeland co-star Morena Baccarin is also having trouble finding the right outfit.
Morena, who plays Jessica Brody in the series, likens finding the perfect frock to the hunt for the dream piece of real estate.
"It's like finding the right house," she explained. "You walk in, you know it's the one. It's the same with a dress."
Homeland's Damian Lewis is also up for an Emmy in the Best Actor category - though there is no word on his sartorial struggles in the run-up to the big night.
