Old Jack, the 14-year-old tan and white corgi cross, is in desperate need of a very gentle and understanding owner to give him a loving home for his twilight years.
As you can see, he only has one eye and he's very hard of hearing but he just seems to mooch around taking life pretty steadily.
Old Jack turned up in a farmer's shed, loaded with fleas and starving.
The girls in the pound bathed, de-flead and fed him as well as giving him a lot of TLC.
He is now ready to be given his second chance at the life he deserves.
He would be better suited as an only dog.
Please, if you can give Jack, or any of the other cats or dogs, a home contact 0400 372 609.
Look at the Animal Welfare League NSW Far South Coast Branch Facebook page www.facebook.com/AnimalWelfareLeagueFarSouthCoastBranch or call the adoption line on 0400 372 609.
Potential dog owners will need to have secure “dog proof” fencing and suitability to the needs of the animal.
