Twofold Travel director Lyn Kennedy said it makes for a nice package deal.

“If the winner wants to take their partner along as well, we’ll also book the second flight at the cheapest possible rate for them,” Mrs Kennedy said.

“After reading about the REX giveaway on the front page of the Magnet, I thought we’d be able to make the prize even better for the winner.

“It’s a great prize because it’s so flexible – they can choose either Sydney or Melbourne, it’s valid for 12 months so they can go at any time of the year, and they can choose where they stay as long as it’s at the four-star level.

“It helps enhance the winner’s experience, because rather than paying for accommodation, they can use their money to go and do something like see a show or go to the tennis.”

Mrs Kennedy said the Twofold Travel office is buzzing ahead of the night, after Regina Swane was nominated for ‘best customer service by an individual’.

“We’re really thrilled that Regina’s been nominated, and we really hope she wins,” Mrs Kennedy said.

“She has a fabulous attitude and is very well-liked in the community, which is not only good for our business, but it gives us a great environment to work in.”

Tickets are $95 per head, with a seat on the bus running to and from the venue at Jigamy Farm for an extra $10 per person.
