A full program of hack classes (with second chance classes), showjumping and novelties will this year be joined by team sorting events, ladies heifer and open steer rides.
The Cobargo Show has in recent years built on a successful open steer ride, with the introduction of the ladies heifer ride and the wildly entertaining bull ride.
To encourage ongoing participation and development of skills for these events, a bull riding instructional school is likely to be held simultaneously to the spring horse show, starting at 10am.
The culmination of this school will provide attendees and any willing participants to ride in the heifer and steer ride events in the afternoon.
The show society thanked Daniel Allen and Warren Salway for the organisation of the school and following cattle events.
Anyone interested in attending bull riding school is encouraged to contact Daniel Allen on 0410 724 065, or Warren Salway on 0407 105 767.
Full canteen facilities will be available, camping $15 per vehicle per night powered or $10 unpowered.
The Cobargo Show Society would also like to thank the Cobargo Co-op and Chester and Smith for the generous sponsorship of hack and showjumping events respectively.
Hack and showjumping classes will start at 8.30am.
