Held in the acoustically-beautiful Uniting Church Hall, the audience, including performing legend Dot Williams, applauded long and loud for most outstanding talent Jharyd Wallace on piano, most consistent talent Emily Hodkinson, most improved talent Hanna Webster and most musical talent, Astrid Harris.
Parents and friends were joined by special guests, Wyndham fire chief Daryl O’Pray and his lovely wife, Donna.
The musical program included some uplifting performances by the Wyndham Hymn singers.
Not ones to miss out on a chance to perform, the Wyndham School of Dance also got in on the act with tap and hip hop revving up the audience.
The night was a great success with the audience enjoying stand out numbers by Eve Smith singing Do you remember, and a faultless performance by Jharyd Wallace on piano.
More mature student Andy Cross sang Send in the Clowns which was a great crowd pleaser, along with her dance performance of The Bridesmaids with Aileen Trezise.
A blues version of Summertime by Tina Janssen proved a hit as did Amanda Moss’s performance on the ukulele.
Now that’s entertainment!
