Miss Flanagan was the third and final winner of the Eden Cash promotion which splashed three $1000 Eden Cash vouchers to local shoppers throughout the busy street party.
The two other recipients were Nethercote’s Mark Meddings and Molly Davidson, also of Eden.
The final draw was full of excitement after the first person called did not appear within the three minute time frame.
The second name to be called was Kristy Griffin, who was on her way to Imlay Street with Ms Flanagan and their children.
The friends were in Mitchell Street when Mrs Griffin’s phone rang.
Heavily pregnant, Ms Pitt could not hurry to collect her prize and reluctantly accepted her loss.
Moments later Ms Flanagan’s phone rang to say her name was the next to be called.
Leaving her children with Mrs Griffin, Miss Flanagan took off her shoes and raced the clock to make it to the announcers just in time.
Breathless and delighted, she said dozens of friends had called her along the way.
“My phone was ringing, I had so many missed calls and texts,” she said.
“I don’t run, my calves are so sore!”
Miss Flanagan thanked retailers for supporting the promotion and has begun planning her shopping spree.
“There are so many things I’m thinking of, but I’ll definitely be getting some pampering done!”
