A report will be prepared for the Coroner following the death of a man at Nethercote on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to Nethercote Road just before 3pm (Sunday 6 October 2013), after an elderly man was found injured.
The 74-year-old man was taken to Pambula District Hospital where he died a short time later.
It’s believed the man was riding a child’s motorised scooter when he came off and fell three metres down an embankment.
Police from Far South Coast Local Area Command are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
They’re appealing for anyone who might have seen the man riding the scooter before 3pm on Sunday to come forward.
